Slow Food in Canada

Whether it's organizing food and wine festivals celebrating local ingredients, or hosting visits to farms, bakeries and regional cheese producers, each Canadian chapter works at the local level to encourage people to become aware of what's happening in their communities, and to understand the role food has to play in our culture, and our society.
