Slow Food Ottawa Gatineau (SFOG) is a part of the international slow food organization. Individual membership in SFOG and its parent organization in Italy entitles you to:

· A personal membership card
· Three issues of the magazine Slow
· Invitations to events organized by your local convivium
· An instant network of like-minded food and wine enthusiasts around the world

Joining Slow Food

To become both a member of Slow Food Ottawa Gatineau and Slow Food International, submit your application via the International site. There are different rates for individuals, couples and young people.

Once we have been notified by Slow Food International that you have submitted your membership request, you will be added to our mailing list.
